Sinopse: Criada por um dos roteiristas de “Will & Grace”, “THE NEW ADVENTURES OF OLD CHRISTINE” é centrada numa trabalhadora mãe divorciada, Christine Campbell (Julia Louis-Dreyfus, “Seinfeld”, “Saturday Night Live”), que consegue lidar com facilidade com o estresse diário da maternidade e seus negócios.
Christine é dona de uma pequena academia de ginástica para mulheres, e seu filho de 8 anos, Ritchie (Trevor Gagnon, “Peixe Grande e Suas Histórias Maravilhosas”), acaba de ser aceito numa prestigiosa escola particular freqüentada por duas esnobes mães donas-de-casa, Marly (Tricia O’Kelley, “Gilmore Girls”) e Lindsay (Alex Kapp Horner). Seu preguiçoso irmão de vinte-e-poucos-anos, Matthew (Hamish Linklater, “Quarteto Fantástico”), mora com ela e também serve de babá para Ritchie.

Christine tem um bom relacionamento com seu charmoso ex-marido, Richard (Clark Gregg, “The West Wing”) — ainda melhor do que quando eles eram casados. Mas sua vida acaba de ficar muito mais complicada. Richard tem uma nova namorada: uma bela e jovem mulher que é impossível de ser odiada, também chamada Christine (Emily Rutherfurd, “Married to the Kellys”, “The Ellen Show”)… a “nova” Christine.
