Sinopse:

O novo Knight Rider irá girar em torno de Mike Tracer, um ex-policial militar que irá ajudar uma amiga a encontrar o pai desaparecido. O pai da garota é justamente o criador do KITT, um carro inteligente equipado com mísseis, capacidade de hackear sistemas e até mesmo recursos de nanotecnologia, que permitem alterar sua forma e cor.

Além das já confirmadas presenças dos atores Justin Bruening, Deanna Russo e Bruce Davison, o elenco tem ainda Sydney Tamiia Poitier (Joan of Arcadia, Veronica Mars) e uma breve participação de David Hasselhoff, astro da série original.
